How can I get a quote for a kit or snare?
Head over to the Ordering section of our page, choose what you'd like to have a quote on (kit or snare) and submit your specifications. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a completed quote.

How do I order a kit or snare?
Once you have submitted your specifications for your kit or snare, we will get back to you with a completed quote. Once you are ready to order, we will send you an invoice for the first 1/3 of your payment for your desired kit or snare.

What is the turnaround time for kits and snares?
Turnaround time varies depending on what you order. At this point, our turnaround times are as follows:
Kits: 6-8 weeks
Snares 5-7 weeks

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are added into last payment and the price includes processing and handling as well as shipping insurance that is added to each package. As of now, shipping rates are as follows:
3 Piece Kits: $125
Snares: $40

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Additional shipping charges do apply.

How can I become endorsed by CCD?

Do you offer color matching?
We want to offer as many options as possible when you purchase your drums with us, however, due to differences in materials, paints and prints we cannot guarantee an exact color match. We will try our hardest to get the closest match possible.

What drum heads do you use on your kits and snares?
As a standard, we use clear or coated Remo & Evans drum heads. However, we accomodate personal requests. Just let us know your preference.

Are seams on my wrap kit normal?
On any wrap drum there will be a 1" overlap seam located in the back. For any drum 18" and larger, there will be a patch creating 2 overlapped seams in the back. No need to worry though, these seams are located inconspicuously in the back and are completely normal.

What is your return policy?
Since all drums are custom made, we do not offer returns.

Is there a warranty on your drums?
Your kit or snare is covered for the first year. This does not include normal wear & tear or negligence of the drum.
Why don't I need to sign a contract for an endorsement?
We take pride in creating the best looking and sounding drums. It's because of this that we don't find it neccessary to require our artists to sign a two year contract. We will keep you completely happy with your drums or we will make it right. We want you to play our drums because you love them, not because you have to.
